All services as provided are final. Please note, the Website reserves the right to refuse all returns if it is not in line with this policy.
Customer must contact the Website via email at gujcriticalcare@gmail.com within 48 hrs of receipt of any service or product which inadvertently was billed. Customer must provide GCC all necessary details of patient, service opted etc. along with the receipt/bill. All refund requests sent to us are checked by our return Department. If we find any information defies the terms and conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such refund.
In case of cancellation before availing any service, we will process the refund within 3 to 5 business days after receiving the such a request.
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of GCC approving such refund request. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Refund of return product will not be processed if the product/(s) is:
i) Missing or Damaged property (caused while in your possession). and/or
ii) GCC property damaged due to misuse/overuse. and/or
iii) Product/service is used in furtherance of healthcare is damaged or altered. and/or
iv) Returned without receipt or proof of purchase.
