This is a contract between Gujarat Critical Care (GCC) which is being operated under leadership of Dr. Rajesh Chandra Mishra (“GCC” or “We, “we” or “Us”, us” or “Our, our”) and you (“You”, “you” or “Your”, “your”), a User. "User/ “Users" shall mean any individual who visits, accesses and registers on Our Site or avails Our Services.

We provide personalised, precise and comprehensive care and services which terms includes but not limited to healthcare and hospital related services like life saving procedures: CPR, Patient on life support / ventilator / ICU care, Renal replacement therapy / dialysis / CRRT, Poisoning / hanging/ suicide/ celphas/ pesitisides/ drug overdose, and other incidental services to all our patients. We offer our services to sick complicated ICU patients or any other patients where diagnosis might be challenging. The service is being provided in our hospital, at the patients home, by visit to your place or by tele-consulting. We are all about timely diagnosis and providing genuine professional advise and care for any medical & surgical problems at an early stage, and avoiding long term secondary health issues to the complete satisfaction of the patients and relatives and prioritise addressing all the inquiries regarding patients problems.

Our Site has been developed to provide information about GCC and its services which is subject to change without any prior notice. While we attempt to keep the information accurate and timely, no representations or guarantees are made for the accuracy, or completeness of the information or graphics on Our Site. Patients and relatives are requested to verify the information from the designated counters in case of any confusion.

No reporductions or duplication of any of Our site content is permissible for any public or commercial purpose whatsoever without Our prior written permission. Once the purpose is met, we retain the Personal Data for as long as it is required to be retained under applicable law.


We will delete Personal Data based on a request received from you within a reasonable period and latest within 2 or 3 days of receiving a deletion request.
